One80 Darts and Board Equipment

One80 is a useful collection to explore when you want to compare dart shapes carefully and think beyond the barrel to the playing space. Browse the listed One80 darts and equipment at Perth Dart Centre, then narrow the options around the way you hold a dart, the weight you prefer and the room where you play.

The collection includes named dart families such as Night Hunter Velocity, Dragon and Rifleman, together with board-area items. Treat those names as a starting point. The exact model and variant provide the measurements and features you need for a meaningful comparison.

Read the barrel from front to rear

Look at a dart photograph as a map of possible finger positions. Notice where the grip begins, where it changes and how the nose and rear taper. If you hold near the front, a detailed grip pattern at the rear may contribute little to the part you actually touch. If you use several fingers along the barrel, overall usable length becomes more relevant.

Compare the listed One80 models by their full references. A shared family name or similar coating does not establish the same profile. Keep a record of barrel length, maximum diameter, weight and material for each shortlisted set. This is more useful than judging the dart from an isolated promotional angle.

YOUR EQUIPMENT CHECKLIST

Compare weight without changing every other variable

If you are replacing a familiar set, start by noting its actual specification. Decide whether the aim is to keep the feel and replace worn equipment, or to test something deliberately different. Those are separate shopping tasks and lead to different shortlists.

When comparing two available weights within a range, check whether the dimensions also change. A weight difference can be accompanied by a different diameter or length. If several properties change together, your experience cannot be attributed to weight alone. Browse tungsten darts for a wider view of the listed barrel options.

Plan cabinets, surrounds and mats together

One80 board-area equipment gives you another set of practical decisions. A cabinet provides a different arrangement from an exposed board with a surround. Think about the appearance you want, the room available and how often the equipment will be used. Check open-door width as well as the closed cabinet dimensions.

A floor mat serves a separate purpose from protection around the board. Compare its size with the area you want to cover and check how it sits on the existing floor. Keep the path between the throwing position and board clear. Before combining accessories, confirm that their dimensions and attachment methods work with your chosen board.

Turn training equipment into a repeatable exercise

A training accessory is most useful when you know the task it will support. Decide what you want to practise, how you will record attempts and how long each session should last. Keep the exercise simple enough that you can repeat it under similar conditions, then use the results to guide the next session.

Read the instructions for the exact accessory before attaching anything to a board or changing the playing layout. Visit darts training equipment to explore the listed items. A clear routine and suitable equipment work together; purchasing an accessory alone does not establish a practice plan.

Prepare the details for a helpful comparison

If you are deciding between One80 models, make a shortlist of two or three and write down why each interests you. You might be looking for a more defined finger position, a different barrel diameter or a particular weight. Bring those observations back to the specification rather than relying on product names to make the decision.

For room equipment, measure first and include photographs of your existing board area. Browse dart cabinets and board accessories, or contact Perth Dart Centre with the full One80 model name and the fit questions you need answered.

One80 questions

Are different weights in a range identical in size?

Not necessarily. Read the measurements for the exact variant. Changes to diameter or length can alter how a dart feels as well as changes to weight.

Should I choose a cabinet or a surround?

Compare the layout, dimensions and protection required in your room. A cabinet needs door clearance, while a surround needs compatible board dimensions and adequate wall space.

What information helps when asking about a dart?

The model reference, weight and a description of where you grip are a useful start. If you already own a set, photographs and measurements provide a better comparison than colour alone.
